Thoughtless, goalless and aimless people sorround you like nitrogen fills the atmosphere. Their mindless gibberish penetrates our heart like cold ice dagger. They always try to generalise a single happening they witnessed. Given below are few examples.
A guy who witnesses one mugging in Newyork will paint a picture that the entire Newyork state is filled with psychos and serial killers.
A guy whose cousin got selected into an MNC without even having 10th certificate will paint a rosy picture to all unfortunate souls who couldnt clear 10th.
A guy who tasted beer only once in his entire life will keep talking about that episode like a Vietnam veteran who witnessed the war closely.
These people are extremely dangerous souls who can paralyse a healthy man with just few harmless statements within no time. They are potently dangerous than White Phosphorus.

இந்த பிளாக்லே வேற என்ன கிறுக்குத்தனம் பன்னலாம்னு யோசிச்சப்போ வந்தது தான் இந்த movie of the week and song of the week nu இடது பக்கத்துல (அதாவது right hand side) நீங்க பார்க்கிற links.
Sanjay Dutt has been acquitted on terrorism charges but has been convicted on the charges of pocessing arms. Well if we start discussing the judgement detail, only confusion will prevail.
Regarding Indian cricket I have seen people blaming the 11 players, the captain, the coach, the selection team, the BCCI, the pitch, the toss, the wind, the dew, the pressure and whatever else you can think of. We have blamed everything but still not a sign of recovery. This is something to do with the geographical location of our country. We lack that aggression. Not only in sports in everything we are always passive.
If you are someone who is interested in the darker side of the world you can step in here at your own risk.
Some people come and wish you voluntarily during times when you wont be able to spend more than 10 seconds with them. They know that and only because of that they come to wish you. If they knew you are free then they would never come to wish you in first place.

Ramblings
Two new tamil movies were released last week. Given below are the review comments given by rediff for these movies
Rendu - Madhavan's Rendu is too dumb to watch
Sivapathigaram - Sivappathigaaram is super-stupid
Click on the links to read the full review from rediff.
Another much hyped Hindi movie was released last week. Dhoom 2. Western people always had the tendency to write stories which will span across continents whether it be a novel or movie. Now our guys especially Bollywood people use that thought thoughtlessly.
There used to be a time when the songs and movie stills would be easily attributable to a movie but nowadays in all posters we see the same kind of look and feel.
Salman Khan with 2 rupees balloon karan kannadi, Amitabh (oops sorry Big B) with same grim face and Sunil shetty with an equally grim face. If not the above combination you will see Saif with a miami holiday dress and John Abraham with a rugged Jean. Yes these posters will also contain skimpily clad Bips, Aish, Priyanka and Mallika. It will be difficult to identify the name of the film just by seeing the poster.
Coming back to Dhoom 2 (sequel mania also borrowed from west) I read the movie starts off with a robbery happening in African desert then it moves on to Brazil. All this makes us feel we cant take movies which happens in India. When it is done in Hollywood movies, we cant differentiate the city in the movie. Whether London or Newyork both goes fine. All westerners looks same. An English guy and an American can act together and give a seamless look which is not possible with our guys. It is nature. Still I dont know why we keep trying to ape Hollywood.
To watch these movies we shell 200 rubees to watch in a multiplexes. We buy snacks for 100 rubees and spend another 200 on travel (car petrol). People cross state borders in search of Multiplexes.
After spending so much will we be satisfied watching these movies? I will come out of the movie hall with a splitting headache. Let me stop here already I started developing a migraine.

Shawshank Redemption
If there is one movie which talks about hope it is Shawshank Redemption. After hearing a lot about this movie I finally watched it on Saturday. Based on the novel by Stephen King, I expected something sinister but what I saw was a completely different movie. It was a revelation that King could write something other than Horror. The movie is all about what hope can do to a man and people around him. It is about what relationships are and how relationships should be.
The movie starts off with a man being convicted for killing his wife and her lover. He is given double life sentence and is brought to Shawshank Prison. The man who is a banker in real world how he copes inside the prison forms the crux of the movie. The movie is about how he impacts the life of other prisoners.
Tim Robbins acts as the convicted murderer and Morgan Freeman acts as his close friend inside the prison.
There are few movies which will bring a big happy smile in your face (i am not talking about the comedy genre). This movie is one of them. When you watch the ending you just get that smile on your face.
"Everyman has a breaking point" is uttered by the Jailor of this movie which reminded me of our own Kuruthipunal.

Python
Here is an old new about a Python which tried to eat an Alligator and had its guts split. If you have the stomach to see such pictures click here
If you are in Chennai and interested in taking PMP certification here is an article in todays Hindu on that.
Suddenly in Tamilnadu the Mullaiperiyar Dam issue has become the hottest topic. We dont know what happened to the cauvery issue.
There is lot of build up for the Telugu film Sainikudu atleast in sify. The power of media is awesome. They can really make or break a movie. Let us wait and see what they plan to do for Sainikudu.
Have a great weekend.

Those who cant read Tamil dont worry, the above paragraph just talks about my encounter with the Snake Man in the shores of River Thames.
22nd Nov 2006 Hindu has a news about a MTC which ran without control and killed 2 people. One of them a software engineer was in an auto when the auto driver stopped the auto to enquire about an address. Another person is a coolie who had stopped to take rest.
We dont know when disaster strikes. Very pathetic. The way our government values human life is very pathetic. It takes absolutely zero effort to ensure safety in road. Hats off. Rats.
So what is government doing? Yes it now has very strict laws that if a movie has a tamil name there wont be any entertainment tax. Very good job. Ellarum kai thatungapa. It will change Madras as Chennai, Bangalore as Bengaluru, Bombay as Mumbai.
Talking about Cricket I see a lot of smilarities with between India and the west. Yes guy we are comparable to west here. West here is England. Both India and England never wins game on pure talent. They win it by fluke and they talk about that for very long time. India keeps boasting about its world cup victory, we can only pity them.

To chew
Do you want something to chew? If your mouth is empty and you do want something to chew check out the last comment for my Casino Royale review.
It is great to see there are still people around the world who care for strangers. The anonymous person was so concerned that I shouldnt get carried away by my urge to write and leave my job for writing. He feels I might be better off by not reviewing.
Its heartening to see there exists people with such good will even in these days where it is difficult to get a simple smile from your neighbhour.
Now enjoy chewing.

Menace
People asking silly questions are a menace to the society. Especially those who try to ask this silly question and try to bask in the warmth of it are a total menace. This tactic is used by the weak to impress the strong. The strong may be called a strong because of his/her position in organisation or his/her technical speciality. The weak finds a potential strong target and comes up with few silly questions for which the weak already know the answer.
Then the weak will approach the strong with a good samaritan look and will ask the question as if it is a doubt which is lingering in his/her mind and only the strong could help out. The strong without knowing the intention will start clarifying. The weak who asked the silly question will get boldened by the strongs answer will put forth few more silly questions. Then the weak will start thinking that he/she spent the day usefully as he/she was able to have a chat with the senior and go back to its desk with an answer which he/she knew first hand.
Some sample questions & Answers
Weak : Should we create primary key for the table?'
Strong : 'yes i think we have to becos SQL server creates index in pyramid shape'
Weak : 'yes thanks and did you visit the museum on sunday?'
Strong : 'yeah '
Weak : 'the weather was bad na'
before leaving
Weak : 'i have another question is it ok to have two indexes?'
When will this society be rid of this menace?

Philmi Post
This weekend watched two movies Thillu Mullu and Agni Natchathiram. I bought Thillu Mullu with lot of expectations but for some reason the movie didnt evoke much laughter this time. May be I have watched it umpteen number of times that I found it less funny this time.
The last scene where Kamal appears its such an insipid role I kept wondering how Kamal accepted the role. Also was expecting at any minute Kamal is going to walk out of the movie saying the whole idea is crap.
Another observation is the movie was taken in 1981 and in the song 'Annangale Thambigale' Rajini acts like Sivaji, MGR, M.R Radha, Kamal and himself. So at that time itself they have compares Rajini-Kamal as MGR-Sivaji. Considering Rajini's first movie was released in 1975 it is a significant achievement in 6 years.
In Agni Natchathram one thing I observed this time which I didnt observe previously was that all songs are taken indoor except for the 'Va Va Anbe Anbe'. Almost all the songs had lengthier shots which makes me think that all the songs would have been picturised in maximum two days. The lighting work might have taken some time but otherwise Maniratnam was able to give a granduer look to all songs with minimum work. Ilayaraja's music was an immense plus point throughout the movie. Except for the insipid climax the movie still rocks. VKR and Janakaraj comedy though might have made few faces frown it was fun.

Casino Royale
Casino Royale was released here and I managed to watch it on the first day. Though I am not an avid fan of Bond, I do watch his movies when I get a chance. They will never bore. Now after his latest flick receiving rave reviews I did have some expectations.
First something on the latest Bond Daniel Craig. He has fit in perfectly atleast as per my view into Bond's shoes. Though he looks different from Pierce Brosnan he looks good in a different way. Brosnan had a stylish look. Craig looks stylish as well as muscular. He wears a tough guy look. To watch Casino Royale he alone can be one reason.
Now coming to the movie let me tell you before hand that I didnt understand the story. It was like me watching english movie when I was young. I just used to watch for the action scenes without understanding the movie. It was the same experience.
The movie starts in Czech Republic there is some bloody action in a toilet and I didnt understand what was happening and then the title comes in Bond style. Amazing graphic works. Then there happens a underground arms dealing in some place called Mbale. The villain is introduced here.
Then we move on to Madagascar where our bond is introduced again. There comes an amazing chase scene. Don't miss this. I vaguely understood why the chase happens and it ends in Bond style.
Then we move on to Bahamas where Bond zeroes in on the villain to beat him on a poker game. Before the poker game there is one more chase scene happens at the Airport where Bond tries to save an Aeroplane being hit with a bomb.
Now I dont know what these poker games are. All I know is Rummy. They spread some cards and every one bets some amount and finally we wait with bated breath when Bond opens his card. Few times he looses and wins at last. Bond is assisted by a beautiful accountant. He falls in love with the lady (Yes Bond falls in love). I found the movie to be very slow here.
The lost Villain abducts Bond and the accountant and beats the shit out of Bond to get the money back but Bond never buckles. Be ready for some violent scenes here. Suddenly the villain gets killed by someone and Bond and his girl friend are left alive. Bond moves to a remote place to live with his love. He also resigns his job as 007.
Then Bond hears the money he won in the game which is supposed to go back to British Intelligence hasnt gone there. Now he see's his own girl friend betrays him. Then there comes a big fight in Venice where a whole building collapses and his girl friend dies before his eyes as he tries to save her desperately. Bond sheds tears (Yes he does)
In the last scene he finds the actual villain and utter the famous "My name is Bond, James Bond" dialogue.
The movie is long. Slow at some place. Very differnt when compares to the Brosnan movies I have seen.
Daniel Craig looks great. You can watch it just for him.

Software Guy
Nowadays software release (application release or product release) have become as important as an operation performed on a human being. Software team has become as important as a team of doctors.
During an operation if a doctor does a mistake it could cost a life. Its visble as clear as the prints on our hands. But, the problem is any software release is also treated with the same importance as that of an live saving operation. Any mistake in a software application is treated as if it is a life threatening issue. People become worried as relatives of a person undergoing two heart by pass surgeries. They start to panic.
The guy who has done that mistake is treated like a person who has commited planned murder. They make sure the guy suffers for his mistake. Top guys just pass on instructions but the person who suffers is the one at the bottom. They say 'We want this system up and running at any cost'.
I have searched through many forums when I myself was looking for answers to the so called life threatening issues. You can see people screaming 'Application dead slow in Weblogic 8 server running in Linux-windows hybrid OS need answer urgently', 'Performance issue when Oracle interacts with JMS through A15 router', 'struts 5.9 not working with hibernate 11.9 please help'.
It looks like refugees screaming for help. We have made normal people run like headless chickens. Software made life of many simpler and easier but at the same time has made life of many others miserable.
Signing off
another software guy

Certain things..
From the day I was able to understand news there have been few things that always occupied the headlines.
1) Punjab Violence
2) Russia Vs America
3) Kashmir Violence
4) Srilankan Violence
5) Middle-East Violence (includes Afghanistan)
During the doordharshan days there was not a single day passed without talking about some killing in Punjab. Slowly the violence there stopped and it doesnt figure in the news anymore. Same way Russia Vs America cold war also stopped without much damage(atleast to American side, Russia was split into many countries). One out of the remaining three occupy the headlines without fail till today.
Kashmir and Srilankan fight remain static meaning the groups that fight against each other remains the same. The middle east fights inlcuded Iran-Iraq war, Gulf war, the perenial Israel Vs Arab world war, Russia-Afghan-American war etc. There are no signs of these problems getting solved.
US is now like a man who is holding a tigers tail. It is neither able to leave Iraq nor continue there. When all these fights started they had some genuine cause but over the years those who started these fights are dead and the next generation took over the war.
I feel after sometime the fights will continue but the people who fight will continue without knowing what they are fighting for.
For some reason South Korea and North Korea are able to live without making headlines with their differences. Same thing applies to China - Taiwan. Recently our media is bustling with Indo - China issues over Arunachal pradesh. Oh man what will happen if all these problems also start making headlines.
What a way to waste this one life we got.

Linking Rivers
I heard through some websites that Rajini is going to mention about linking rivers in his much awaited Sivaji. Media is going ga-ga over it. Is linking rivers across India really a possiblity? With the kind of relations we see between states and the speed with which we execute projects and the willingness of politicians to genuinely think about improving India, I dont think it is possible. Above all that just by the sheer magnitude of the process I dont think what we talk is really possible.
I have heard that in China they did something like that. They turned the coarse of a river in different direction and they were successful in that but there were some people who were against that because of ecological reasons. Going by the success of it, it does look possible atleast on paper but with some ecological impact.
Coming back to politicians on doing something for improving the country the first thing that comes to my mind is Delhi Metro and the golden quadra route linking the four metros. I never thought our country will implement a metro but they have succeeded in implementing it. Also we can see they are constantly increasing its penetration. But, other than that and with few projects on paper such as airport modernisation we have not had any major improvement improvement work in any state. With such a report card, the day when they are going to link all rivers is not even in the far future.
Talking about linking rivers is simple but implementing it !!!!. How serious is Rajini in this issue? Will it help in anyway by mentioning about this in Sivaji? How serious are all the politicians who talk about this? Have they really considred what will be impact on ecology if this is accomplished?
Whenever I mention ecology here I remember the scene from the movie Anaconda where J Lo will say when they were about the bomb a blockade across the amazon "We shouldnt do this, this will have an impact on the ecology".
I feel this issue is just used to manipulate the psychology of the voters and nothing more than that. One Rajini cannot do anything on this issue.

Weekend Post
This weekend watched two movies The Three Kings and Bhama Vijayam.
The Three Kings is set at the time when the Gulf war was over (the kuwait issue early 90's) . The war is over and the American soldiers are planning to go home. That's when Mark Wahlberg and Ice Cube come across a map which shows the location where Saddam has hidden the gold he stole from Kuwait. Now George Clooney enters the scene and says they have to steal the gold without US military knowing. The three along with one more soldier go in search of the gold.
This takes them to a village where the villagers are held hostage by Iraqi soldiers. The three only concentrates to steal the gold and neglect the pleas of the villagers to save them from the Iraqi soldiers. At one point the three come in support of the villagers but they are out numbered by the Iraqi soldiers and they try to escape with the villagers and gold.
Mark Wahlberg is taken a captive by Iraqi soldiers while Ice cube and George clooney along with the villagers and gold are saved by Iraq rebel group.
How Clooney group save the villagers and Wahlberg form Iraqui soldiers and what happens to the gold forms the rest of the story. The story is action packed with some violent scenes thrown in many places. Its fast paced at the same time sentimental. Overall its a okay movie.

Bhama vijayam is a classic movie. It features K.Balachanders favorite actors Nagesh, Sowcar, Muthuraman, Sundarajan, Jeyanthi. I always feel Muthuraman is one such actor who can play any role. He has indeed proved that by playing hero, comedian, villain, character roles. Sundarajan is another actor who excels in any role. Everybody knows the versatality of Nagesh and Balaya.
This movie has also been remade in other languages.
It was a hilarious two and a half hours will definitly watch it again soon.

Drinking
There are lot of debates going on in lot of forums on the actions of the Tamilnadu police when they raided a pub in Chennai and took few women there to the police station.
Refer to the news here
The facts I gathered from these forums are
1) Police raided these bars at 11:10 PM (Mandatory closing time is 11:00 PM)
2) There were woman cops who interrogated the women in the bar and they were taken to women police station
3) Police advised the women that drinking is not good habit
4) Police called the parents of the women and advised them to raise their daughters well
Now many of them oppose one or more of the above mentioned points. The points put forth by those who oppose the above raid are
1) 11.10 PM is just too early as in 10 minutes it is difficult to close bar
2) Who are police to give advice to the girls
3) How can they call the parents and advise them
last but not the least
4) All this happens only to women, how can the society be partial it allows men to drink if women drinks is it wrong? (this point is put forth mostly by girls but there are guys who support this also). And, whoever uses this point uses the word chauvinist without fail.
Ethula than poti podrathunu ilaya. Neenga kudicha rightu naanga kudicha thapa - what a statement. When the whole world advises men not to drink, women are asking is drinking only men's right? What a stupid question in the name of equality.
In any family whether guy or gal if they come home after visiting a pub at 12:00 AM no parent will kiss him and say good boy.
Why the society specifically frowns when they see a woman drinking, it is because 'eama aambalaingala thiruthave naanga padatha paadu padarom ippo neengalum aarambikatheenga'. As always the threats for a woman after getting drunk is more than for a man who is drunk. As long as women are looked upon as objects of sexual desire women will face these kind of situations when they find themselves out of home at odd hours that too in a bar. When everybody is expecting women to lure men away from drinks it is not a healthy trend when women themselves move towards drinking.
This is my personal opinion not meant to hurt anyone.

New Look
Whoever has been following this blog would have noticed the new look. This is something which I wanted to do for a long time but didnt do it due to lack of time. Finally here we have the new look.
The reason for having a simple white background is to enable everyone to read from office. I myself have struggled hard to read others blog from office which are very colorful because it attracts lot of attention. The simple the design of the blog the easier it is for us to read. For example Prabhus blog is perfect. Coweys blog is little difficult to access from office with its current colorful look and feel. Another perfect example is our own Hindu the moment we move to any news item it becomes a harmless site.

After a long time I completed reading a novel. The Last Juror by John Grisham. I took this book for Grisham's name and it was a big let down have never read such a boring novel by him. Not a single interesting courtroom scene He has given pages and pages for a character but which could have been done away with just a page. Another drawback he has so many characters which are totally irrelevant to the story. The novel is worth a short story but he has dragged it into a 400 page novel.***
The news about a murder happening opposite chennai central definitley sends shock. The only places where we have seen such murders are in dubbed Telugu movies. Also who can forget the scene from Dalapathy but they were just cinemas. Few days back there was a murder near Kathipara junction, the news also says there was another murder at Koyambedu junction. As usual everybody points the finger at the Police. The blame may lie on anyone but the truth is anything can happen to anyone, anytime, anywhere.

From few websites I read that Rajini sings a song in Sivaji. Don't know how far it is true. If it is true then it is going to be a treat. Hope he will get more lines than 'Adikuthu kuliru' from Mannan.

Stanley Kubrick
My friend Kowsik has written an article on Kubrick and his films.
I was introduced to Kubrick by Amazon when I was searching for DVDs. Since I was also a reader of King the connection was complete with 'The Shining'.
Before I could watch 'The Shining' I had the oppurtunity to watch 'Amytiville Horror' and I could see a close resemblence to the book 'The Shining' by King. So I postponed watching 'The Shining'.
Amazon led me through the other works by Kubrick. The first work by him I watched was 'Full Metal Jacket', being an avid fan of movies which had themes of Military training I was easily impressed by the work. The movie was great. Then I was lured to 'Eyes wide shut'. This movie had an very eerie atmosphere through out. All the characters will look suspicious of something. Lot of weird stuffs happening. The only disappointment with this movie was it ended abruptly. Though I liked the movie I was not satisfied.
Then through some friend I atlast got the oppurtunity to watch 'The Shining'. He kept saying 'thalaiva this scene will be ultimate', 'in this scene music will be fantastic'. The movie had Kubrick stamp with all characters looking suspicious and moving around in slow motion. I didnt watch it fully but I watched 3/4th of the movie and I could say it was above average.
Atlast few days back I got the oppurtunity to watch the most controversial movie (claimed by the media) of Kubrick which is 'The clockwork orange'. Though I came to know about this movie long time back I got the oppurtunity to watch it only recently. So there was too much expectations. I could never figure out the meaning of the movie title until I read a detailed review in the net after watching the movie.
The movie has some controversial settings. Considering it was a movie of 70's it has a different colour and different look. The dialogues and accents are very weird. The story is very straight forward. There is a heartless bad guy. He does all nonsense and doesnt care for friends or parents. He commits a murder and is taken to prison. The government gives him a treatment such that he will never be able to commit any more crimes. He is then released and he encounters all those people against whom he commited crime. They pay him back in double and that includes his parents and his friends. Finally his case becomes a subject of controversy as people question the government saying he has been treated inhumanly. He is then cured back.
I was reminded of 'Puthiya Paathai' in tamil. This is the closes Tamil movie I can compare to clockwork orange. Parthiban does all bad things to people and when he is in need everybody ditches him.
Coming back to clockwork orange its a very different movie but were my expectations met? That still remains unanswered.
As for me Full Metal Jacket will remain as my favorite Kubrick movie.

DVD Piracy
Yesterday I went to a Car Boot sale. As I roamed around the place I noticed a person of oriental origin having a DVD shop spread out before him. I could see almost all recent movies spread out before him. He had a copy of 'Lady in the water' too. (i checked in amazon and found the official version is to be out only in jan, 2007). Then I realised that what I was witnessing is something akin to burma bazzar.
For lunch I went to Burger King. As I was about to finish my lunch there came another oriental person and he askd me something. I couldn't understand the first time so I asked him "what's it?" he replied "do you want dvds?". He was holding two huge bags in his hands. I replied "no thanks". Then he scanned the whole place for other potential customers and left. I saw him disappearing in the crowd with those two heavy bags in his hand.
Here in UK they advertise a lot against DVD piracy but I could see there the pirated DVDs spread out in public for sale. Here in UK atleast they mean what they say. It is definitley risky to sell a pirated DVD here than in India.
This post is not to argue about the morality of pirating. This is about the people who make their living by selling pirated DVDs. Its an accepted fact that piracy is at high in china and south east asia. Somehow those pirated DVDs find way into other countries and people has to sell those DVDs to make money. I thought about how difficult their job is. They travel to countries far away from their home and there they had to involve in jobs which are very risky.
He definitely will not be making fortune by selling those DVDs. He will be making just enough money to survive but for that he risks his life. Imagine walking through a crowd approaching each and everyone asking them if they would be interested in buying DVDs. Among that crowd will be the Police. One mistake and you will be caught. That too as a foreigner what are the chances of escaping?
From where do they get the courage? May be they are so desperate that they end up doing this job. I in no way support their activity its just that the need to survive feeling makes men take such risks. They are not bank robbers or high profile criminals who can live peacefuly after one robbery. They have to keep doing this for life long. They cannot be peaceful at any point.

Barber Shop

Road to Manchester
Yesterday for project reasons we had to travel to Manchester. It was decided we will go by car from London to Manchester. I dont drive it will be my English colleague who has to take the wheel. It was a long drive indeed. 3 hrs and bits.
The only thing that prompted me to write this post is the way they are maintaining the roads and the quality of the roads.
The first important thing about these roads are we can drive without worrying if someone or something will cross the road suddenly.
There are huge electronic signboards every 3 or 4 miles announcing if we should foresee any delays in that route for the next few weeks (like any major events happening or road works planned)
Wherever road works are happening there are clear indications of diverted traffic and route the diverted traffic should take.
Very advanced speed monitors
The important thing above all this is people respecting all traffic rules.
Can this become a reality in our country? :-(

Sankar - Anniyan
The way the college student hanging on foot board saying 'பழக்கமில்லே' when vikram calls him inside, the way the thugs communicate when they beat Vikram, the way the thug slaps Vikram in the bus when confronted for misbehaviour, the way the car guy talks when asked to take a victim to hospital. Each acting nuances dialogue delivery has been well etched out.
The way the brake wire shop guy talks to Vikram 'வேலே கெடுக்காதேப்பா போ முதல்லே' with north indian accent exactly resembling the சேட் shop owners we see in parrys corner. The way the judge looks the way he dismisses the case. Everything is awesome. Watch it again to appreciate it.
Now the big questions is how will Sivaji be?

Another Day
For some reason I feel Kevin Spacey gives the same kind of expressions in all the movies he acts. He always plays a very calm guy who keeps talking pages and pages of dialogues. I have seen in him K-Pax, American Beauty, Se7en and the highly hyped The usual suspects. The one movie which I would like to see but havent seen yet is LA Confidential but from the posters I could see he is having same dull look.
He keeps talking in the same monotonous tone rambling on something. One has to agree for some reason we do like the dull look, the smirk on his face and the monotonous tone.
***
Temperature here in London has dropped considerably and we can feel the pinch of winter here. Time to switch over from thin jackets to thick ones.
***
I heard from back home that they caught a snake during the rainy days and they claim it was a Cobra and a snake catcher had to be called to catch it. Snakes are my favorite topic but for the time being enjoy this link
