The Elite

 Jealousy is one feeling which I find difficult to avoid. Though we have been brought up that it is wrong that is the first feeling that comes when we see someone getting something which we cannot even imagine. When we start looking at it under microscope we also have certain things which another group cannot imagine having. And this loop continues. So there is always someone above you and there is always someone beneath you.

Why is this world having such disparities? Isn't everyone equal? Didn't GOD create or intend it that way? The famous Sivaji movie dialogue that "Rich gets richer and poor gets poorer". 

Is that a result of capitalism? Will this be solved by moving towards communism or socialism? How did such disparity come in first place? How come someone became rich and someone became poor? 

I feel initially the disparity was a result of talent someone possessed. There is always difference in the capability of individuals. Someone can do more naturally and someone cannot do more naturally. For ex. someone is born healthy and someone is born physically challenged or someone has specific talent while others don't. But there is also a "by choice" decision. Someone chooses to work hard and someone prefers to be lazy and idle around.

In the olden days the guy with that extra strength and/or talent would have performed better and the weaker ones would have always taken his help. As part of this transaction one person keeps gaining more than others. When this happens over a period one becomes wealthy. Now the one with talent when he has offsprings he passes on the talent. Naturally we start to see one lineage doing better than other. While these happen wealth also sometimes gets passed on to the untalented ones through luck.

But predominantly the one with talent and strength became wealthy and during the course people who were lucky and another group which wanted to become wealthy through shortcuts also shared that wealth.

Whatever we are now seeing is not a healthy disparity where talented is wealthy and others are not. What we are seeing now is a system which started out well but got corrupted in the process.

So we see in this world there are things only the wealthy has access to and they are wealthy not because of their talent but because of luck and/or shortcuts.

Now, when someone who got ended up on the wrong side because of this corrupted system becomes jealous is it wrong? Is The Elite really Elite?

Toxic

In the past I have avoided many things just to have some peace of mind. This includes avoiding people as well. This habit of mine started long time ago and I find it's relevance increasing day by day. 

Everyone is wired differently, agreed, but some stands taken by people are highly irritating. Even if you beat a fool nothing will go into his head. So there is no way we can change the people. The only thing we can do is to change ourselves. 

But everyday my circle keeps reducing. I started avoiding Television, News paper, certain whatsapp groups and certain webites which I used to visit frequently. I am not there in facebook for the same reason. 

I am a Twitter addict. In Twitter we can follow only people who are like minded which is the best part of it. But somehow toxic news finds my timeline through some route. I do not want to get out of Twitter as well. It is going to be a test of my tolerance.

Sairat

Though I am not a big fan of severe tragic movies there are some tragic movies which are in my favorites list. Movies like Dead Man Walking, City of Angels, Jagten - the Hunt, Spoorloos, About Elly, The color of paradise etc are such movies.

There are some movies which I avoid like a plague as the content is too tragic for me to sit through. Most of Bala's movies fall into this category. After hearing the climax of Kadhal I didn't get the guts to sit through it.

Now coming to the Marathi movie Sairat, I have heard a lot about this movie but I was not sure if it was tragic movie. I jut now finished watching this movie and I am feeling numb after watching the ending.

The movie was fantastic. The songs, music, cinematography, acting everything was stellar. Time just flew and I didn't even realise it was almost 3 hours long. The movie has the shade of the Tamil movie Kadhal. I was expecting tragedy to strike anytime but when it does land the impact was severe. I was not expecting this ending. This movie reminds of lot of things that happened in Tamilnadu sometime back.

Why are people against love? Why does caste become so important? How anger can totally change you into a different beast. Everyone thinks they are right even if it is to go against their own blood.

I do not expect to see a better future as Anger is there. It is not going to go away. The reasons might change but there is no way to hide from it.

All Silent

Suddenly there will be a big hulla ballu about Cauvery now all is silent.
Suddenly people gathered and shouted against and for Hogenekal now everything is silent.
No news on Jaipur Blast all is silent.
One day they talk about inflation one day they dont.
They talk pages about petrol hike once its hiked no body will talk about it.
Now people keep talking about Gujjars (I dont know what the issue is) in few days all will be silent.
Sometime back actor Kunal died no news about it afterwards. Whether it is resolved or not no one knows.
People were screaming about cases on Salman now nothing. I see him smiling in all hindi programs.
People screamed about Iraq and Afghanistan, all issues resolved there? No one knows.

We forget a lot, some unlucky people get caught and get punished some people only get caught but not punished.

Stock Market Idiots

Now after the great fall which is witnessed in Indian stock market and Reliance IPO I can see lot of hopeless guys screaming in all websites that the market will fall below currently levels. They also say Reliance IPO is a hopeless IPO.

These guys are no better than our meterological department guys. The met guys give warning about rain only after it rains. They dont stop there they give false threats saying rains will continue for another 48 hours when rain will stop the moment after their comment.

Similarly when the Indian market was going uphill none of these stock market predictors gave a prediction for a fall. They didnt predict lower levels of 12500 even when the stock market just started the downhill. They are giving this prediction after seeing a downside for past 2 weeks. Why couldnt they fucking predict it when it was going up?

When reliance IPO was announced they were saying this is one IPO which could lift the market. But for some reason when the IPO fails to pick up they point finger at relaince saying I told you long time ago this was a bad IPO. Idiot, when did you say it?

These guys are as hopless as some தெருமுனை கிளி ஜோசியக்காரன்.

Either they should give some valuable prediction or should keep their big mouth shut. When everyone know this hopeless stock market is hopelessly unpredictable its better all keep their mouth shut.

தமிழில் எழுதி நெடு நாட்கள் ஆகிவிட்டது. தமிழில் என்பதை விட எழுதியே நெடு நாட்கள் ஆகிவிட்டது. இந்த இடைப்பட்ட காலத்தில் என் இணையதளத்துக்கு வருவோரின் எண்ணிக்கை 10 ல் இருந்து 0, 1 என்று குறைந்து விட்டது.

மிக முக்கியமாக ரஜினியின் இரண்டு படங்கள் அறிவிக்கப்பட்டுவிட்டன. ரோபோ மற்றும் குசேலன். இரண்டும் வெற்றி பெற வாழ்த்துக்கள்.

நம் ஊரில் தன்னை பெரிய ஆளாக காட்டிக்கொள்ள விரும்புபவர்களின் எண்ணிக்கை அதிகரித்து விட்டது. கீழ்த்தட்டு, மேல்தட்டு என்றில்லாமல் அனவரையும் இந்த வியாதி பிடித்துக்க்கொள்கிறது.

ஒரு டீக்கடைக்கு நண்பர்களை கூட்டி செல்ல வேண்டியது, அந்த டீக்கடைக்காரரிடம் அதிக பரிச்சியம் காட்டி நண்பர்களிடம் இதெல்லாம் சர்வ சாதரணம் என்ற ஒரு லுக்கை விட வேண்டியது.

ஒரு பெரிய நட்சத்திர ஓட்டலுக்கு கூட்டி செல்ல வேண்டியது, யாரிடமும் விசாரிக்காமல் டாய்லெட்டில் இருந்து பார் வரை கூட்டி சென்று இந்த ஓட்டல் எல்லாம் எனக்கு அத்து படி என்று ஒரு லுக்.

காய்கறிக்காரரிடம் அல்லது பழக்கடைக்காரரிடம் ஒரு கூடுதல் பழம் அல்லது இரண்டு கூடுதல் வெண்டைக்காய் எடுத்துக்கொண்டு உரிமை பாரட்டுவது.

இப்படி அடுக்கிக் கொண்டே போகலாம் ஆனால் கை வலிக்கிறது.

பீமா கதை முடிந்து விட்டது. இந்த படத்தை வானத்திற்கு உயர்த்திய பெருமை sify யையே சாரும். ஆனால் டிரைலரை பார்த்தே படம் ஹோப்லெஸ் என்று தெரிந்து கொள்ள முடிந்தது. விக்ரம் ஹீரோயிஸத்தை மூட்டை கட்டிவிட்டு உருப்படியாக ஏதாவது செய்யலாம்.

சென்னை பழைய மஹாபலிபுரம் சாலையில் ஐந்து வருடங்களாக சாலை வேலை நடைபெற்று வருகிறது. சாலை முழுவதும் ஜல்லி கற்களை பரப்பி விட்டுள்ளனர் வேலை முடிந்த சாலை பாகங்களிலும் இதுவே நிலமை. இதில் வண்டி ஓட்டுவது கோலிகுண்டிண் மீது வண்டி ஓட்டுவது போல் ஆகும்.
