Hectic Life

Life is hectic. Most of the time I keep worrying about the work pending for tomorrow. When one tiring work is over another follows it immediately infact there is always a overlap between such tasks so that I dont even get a breathing time.

Hope you are very much frustrated by work. Don't be like that my dear friend. Just enjoy your work. For time pass keep involved yourself in some Blog posting or some other work in the Internet. Don't get tired of work, after all it gives us our daily bread.

Adrian Lyne thy name is Sensuality. His movies Fatal Attraction, Indecent Proposal, Unfaithful are some of my favorite movies. He has also directed the serious movie Jacobs Ladder. Now coming to 9 1/2 weeks this is the most sensual movie from his archives.

Mickey Rourke is very handsome in this movie and his smile is so seductive. Kim Basinger portrays the vulnerable woman very well. Mickey Rourkes smile is highly infectious. Photography and soundtrack are some more pluspoints. The song "You can leave your hat on" has one of the erotic performance I have seen on screen. Kim Basinger scorches the screen. The opening scene of New York streets, the dining room scene, the subway scene in rain the photography adds to the sensuality.

Match Point

Though I have heard about Woody Allen I had always postponed watching his movies and strangely I have never come across his movies in any of the english movie channels except for one time when they showed his movie and I was running late for something.

And specifically about Match Point, this movie was noticed by me when I had just landed in London but I gave it a miss.

Now after watching Closer and learnt from Closer forum that Match Point is in the same league I was determined to watch this movie this time and got hold of the DVD.

Watching this movie was an experience. First the only music in the movie comes in the form of some Opera song, otherwise atleast I didnt hear any music. The title cards are not shown in hollywood style rather the entire movie had a look of serial. Having said the movie is top notch though the plot is something which we are used to.
