Saw this movie over the weekend and was pleasantly surprised that it lived upto its hype.
From the locales to the perfect cast almost everything was likeable in the movie. Macy was great as the husband, McDormand was nice as detective, Buscemi was super cool as the kidnapper.
The movie though involves lot of bloodshed but it doesnt movie like a normal movie with such bloodsheds. It moves at a slow pace with characters being more natural.
The snow covered locales are beautiful. The statue of Pal Bunyan in Brainerd looks haunting in certain angles.
It is one movie you can give a try if you like movies that doeant boast of any special vissual/sound effect but moves at natural pace.
